"We engaged James Munzone from Building with Options to build our house in Clovelly in 2009, and were absolutely thrilled with not only the result, but also the level of professionalism and knowledge he bought to the job.
Right from the onset in planning stages, he was more than happy to meet with the architect and engineers and work through design issues giving some invaluable building and construction insight. The job started on time, and was completed within the time frame discussed. His team of builders, apprentices and trades he engaged worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to be around.
James contacts within the building industry meant that we were able to access (at the best price) the right products to meet our specifications. This included windows, all cabinetry, pool and surrounds, glass fencing etc.

"Three years ago I bought a house which obviously had experienced a number of additions and partial renovations during the 1950's, 1970's, 1980's and 1990's. Building with Options came in and stripped the house back to its studs so that they could properly renovate it. I wanted to modernize and make the structure feel like one home, rathen than an assembly of renovated parts. Building with Options delivered this.
I found James Munzone easy to deal with and responsive to my requests during the renovation process. What I most appreciated was the way James tried to get the most value for my dollar in terms of sourcing materials and coming up with efficient ways to do things. For example: James suggested that I forego having a windows in the laundry room and instead spend the money on adding a corner window upstairs to increase my ocean views. James pointed out the cost would be the same but upstairs I would be adding value because of the increase views. James also provided good "off the plans" alternatives to achieve the same desired effect but at a lower cost.
I would not hesitate recommending Building with Options to anyone looking to build a new house or doing a full renovation on an existing home".
